Lost the QR code? Where to find it
A missing email doesn't mean a missing plan. Sign in on the MTN Travel eSIM website and open the order: the QR code and the details to type in by hand are both on your order page.

Sign in on the MTN Travel eSIM website with the email you bought under, open Order history, and select the order. The order page shows the QR code. Under "Enter the details by hand" it also shows the SM-DP+ address and activation code.
The confirmation email came from MTN Travel eSIM to the address on your account. Search for "MTN Travel eSIM" and check spam and promotions folders.
