Two settings get you online when you land: the MTN Travel eSIM on and set as your Mobile data SIM, and Data roaming switched on. Adding the plan doesn't switch roaming on; only your phone's settings can.
Do this after you land. At home, the plan shows no service, and that's normal. Your home SIM stays exactly as it is; calls and texts keep using it.
Give your phone a minute to connect once you land. Still nothing? Switch on Airplane Mode for 30 seconds, then switch it off again.
Most destinations need no APN. If yours is on this list, add it before you connect:

Enter the value in lowercase with no spaces. On Samsung: Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Access Point Names, then select your MTN Travel eSIM's tab. If the APN is listed, select it. If not, tap Add, enter any name you'll recognize, enter the value under APN, then tap Save and select it.
Still not working? Contact MTN Travel eSIM support and include four things: your ICCID, your order number, your phone model and OS version, and what you've already tried.
